CU 15-06 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Bellflower Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 16600 Civic Center Drive, Bellflower, California, to consider testimony for and against Conditional Use Permit Case No. CU 15-06 for property located at 9627 Beach Street. The proposed project involves a Conditional Use Permit to modify Conditional Use Permit Case No. CU 96-2 to allow a modification of an existing wireless telecommunication facility, mounted to the exterior of an existing bell tower consisting of the addition of 3 panel antennas with ancillary equipment placed behind the antennas and within the existing equipment space in the R-3 (Multiple Residential) zone. Pursuant to the authority and criteria of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), this project has been determined to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1.
