The property is an undeveloped, one square acre within walking distance to the Anaheim Street Blue Line rail station. HFHGLA is seeking to develop the property to provide approximately 50 home-ownership units to a diverse mix of homebuyers while also providing amenities that create a communal feel to the development and takes advantage of the property's proximity to public transit. The proposal should consist of the following sections: Company overview Sample projects (include projects similar in scope) Resumes of staff who will work directly on the development Brief narrative identifying the key factors associated with the development Brief outline of the service provided for the fee Bidders may include illustrations if they feel it will help convey their understanding of the project. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is a non-profit affordable housing developer. Our organization uses some volunteer labor in the construction of the project, and we use corporate and faith-based contributions in order to make our projects cost-feasible.
